UEC MTB Youth European Champhionships 2025
You will be challenged
The area aound Axamo and Hallby Arena host annual cup competitions and championships in different disciplines (in 2014 the National MTB Championships). The hosting club IF Hallby SOK include mountainbike, cross-country skiing and orienteering amongst it members and events. The riders and trainers from the club have been visiting and participating in the Euro Youth MTB Championship for several years.
Through the youtube-channel link (will be used for live-stream) you will find videos from the tracks and from prior livestreams from the UCI-races at Hallby 2024.

What to expect
The event consist of several days of racing crowning the Youth European champion in XCC (short track), XCR (Team Relay) and XCO (Cross country olympic) but also includes a initial TT. Soon we will add more information regarding each discipline and outline the program for the week of training and racing.
The event consist of several days of racing crowning the Youth European champion in XCC (short track), XCR (Team Relay) and XCO (Cross country olympic) and an initial Timetrial. There are 4 different age groups (both boys and girls). U14 (born 2012), U15 (born 2011), U16 (born 2010) and U17 (born 2009), depending on what discipline there will be races per agegroup or for example only U17 and U15. Results from 2024 is found through UEC and will give an example of this.
Outline of the program will be published in Q1 of 2025 (at any given time the program and schedule in the UEC Tech Guide prevails). Technical Guide and more found will be found on UEC race Website during Q1 2025.

All registration for participators in the Euro Championships will be made through the UEC website. Registration usually opens in May.
You will find all up-to-date information and link to registration in the Technical Guide when it is published. All riders and Team leaders please go through the Technical Guide. There will be a specific registration site found through the UEC.
Regarding the XCR-event. If you are a single rider and wish to create a XCR-team, matchmaking will be possible at a later point in 2025.

How to stay and play
Prebooking for the Team area, prepaid parking and camping sites will be possible through the organizer later in 2024 or beginning of 2025. It will a be a limited amount of spots but similar to 2024. Make sure to book on time. Other types of accomodation and travel information found here on our website. NO BOOKINGS POSSIBLE THROUGH OUR OFFiCIAL EMAIL.
There will be food options in the Arena.
